Job Description:

Job Overview:

We currently seek an energetic Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter. This opportunity is available because Aftermath is experiencing organic growth at existing locations while opening new locations. The primary responsibility will be recruiting for a high volume of non-exempt hourly positions throughout the country. The selected candidate enjoys delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external partners in a fast-paced professional environment. The Recruiter owns the candidate experience including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while managing all stages of the employment process in the applicant tracking system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prescreen, Interview and schedule candidates to meet with the hiring managers in the field.
  • Provide recruitment and hiring support to both the candidate and the hiring manager.
  • Build relationships with other recruitment sources, in order to create a pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Support Hiring Managers during the interview process to ensure interviews are conducted effectively and professionally.
  • Source candidates using a variety of sourcing tools.
  • Ability to meet monthly hiring quota

Experience and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent phone skills in a high call volume environment
  • Prior experience in a high volume hiring situation a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems, ATSOnDemand is a preferred
